My modified  Westland Wyvern  R/c model 1/6th(just under ) Standoff scale flying over the South Downs UK on finals  landing approach..   The engine is a Laser 300V f/s   Custom retracts are very near scale, These were made for me by an model engineering  friend John Pace ..   This model is a reworking of my first  ARTF  by Black Horse models  .. pretending to be an S4 Wyvern , but in fact its a low back  T1 fuz with a  S4 cowling,  jet exhaust outlet, canopy, & mk2 wing layout ..

Sporting new Static contra rotating Propellers 8 blades  Placed 3rd in stand off scale 2015 BMFA national, although I had the Highest flight score of the S/O class modified ARTFs can't compete with built models as the rules are stand at present..    at the prize giving  Bmfa Chairman  Chris Moynihan gave me his  personal thanks for impressing the dignities that    he was escorting  around the Nationals Scale flight line during my 3rd flight ..
